| DMB Academics came about due to my love of teaching and developing educational products. My teaching experience includes working as a learning disability teacher for grades first through third in the public schools, a kindergarten teacher in a child care center, and a Head Start teacher. I was offered the opportunity to work for an educational company to develop educational products that were designed to help teachers integrate the internet into the curriculum. After spending over thirty years in the educational industry, the owner of the company decided to focus on another company that he started. As one door was closing another door was being opened to me. I enjoyed being able to use my experiences and training to watch as an idea became an actual useable product. So with the encouragement of family and friends, I embarked on this new opportunity.
